Refunds are issued for teams that apply but are not accepted. The first eight (8) teams to register for a bracket are accepted and others are placed on a waitlist. Failure to pay the entry fee is grounds for non-acceptance into the tournament.
The tournament committee reserves the right to modify the tournament structure to maximize each participating team's ability to play three (3) matches. In some instances, this will require playing an opponent more than once to insure three (3) matches are played.
